This works best with overripe bananas but just ripe bananas will work too. When the banana is overripe, the taste and consistency is like a barbadine drink. Simply place the banana in some milk and use a fork to break apart the banana. The consistency should be lumpy. You can then add coffee or flax seed powder or walnuts or any sort of healthy addition that you like. In the photo I did not have overripe bananas that day.
I tried boiling the beef first to see how that affects the taste and texture. For the chow mein, I sauted a whole cut up onion in golden ray. Then I added my beef slices. I seasoned it with garlic, celery, parsley and chives. Then I added my veggie pieces - cauliflower, sweet pepper, green cabbage and pimento. I cook for about 20 minutes on low heat, adding water halfway through. I served it with my goodly stovetop bread.
